Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Spysay ("we") and apply whenever you use Spysay, including the free check, the app and the API. If you use Spysay for a company, you accept them for that company and confirm you're allowed to. By using Spysay you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

# Who can use it

Spysay is for businesses and the people who run or market them. You must be at least 18. Only add businesses you own or are allowed to manage.

# Your account

Keep your sign-in email secure: anyone who can read it can sign in as you. You're responsible for what happens in your account, including what team members and API keys do. Tell us at once at support@spysay.com if you think someone else has access.

# Plans, credits and payment

• Growth has no monthly fee. You buy credits, and checks, drafts and other tasks use them at the rates on the pricing page. Credits don't expire while your account is open.
• Agency is a monthly subscription. A new account can try it free for 30 days once. We take a card when the trial starts and charge it when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then. After that it renews every month until you cancel.
• You can cancel a subscription at any time in Settings, under Billing. It stays active until the end of the month you've paid for; we don't refund part months.
• Purchased credits and fees are not refundable, except under the 60-day guarantee below, where the law says otherwise or we charged you in error.
• 60-day guarantee. If you follow the actions Spysay gives you and publish the content it drafts, and your named-in share hasn't improved in any of your markets 60 days after your first payment, email support@spysay.com within 14 days after that and we'll refund what you paid in those 60 days. It applies once per account.
• Prices don't include taxes, which are added where required. Stripe processes payments.
• We may change prices. Changes to a subscription apply from your next billing month, and we'll email you at least 30 days before.

# What we can't promise

AI assistants and Google decide what to recommend, and their answers change from day to day and place to place. Spysay reports what they said when we asked and suggests changes. No one can guarantee a ranking or a mention, and we don't; the 60-day guarantee refunds you, it doesn't promise a result.

Reports, scores and drafts are information to help you decide. Check them before you rely on them.

# You approve what goes out

Nothing is published in your name without your approval. You're responsible for what you approve and publish, including that it's accurate and that you have the right to publish it.

# Fair use

Don't use Spysay to:

• break the law or anyone's rights;
• send spam, publish false reviews, or impersonate another business;
• attack, overload or scrape other services through us;
• get around our limits, such as the free check limit, the bot check or credit charges;
• copy or resell Spysay, or build a competing product from it.

# Free reports

A free report can be opened by anyone who has its link. Don't share the link if you want to keep the report private.

# Your content and ours

What you give us stays yours. You let us use it only to run Spysay for you, as described in the privacy policy. Reports and drafts we make for you are yours to use.

Spysay itself, its software, design and brand, stays ours. Feedback you send us we may use freely.

# Availability and changes

We work to keep Spysay running but don't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or stop features. If we stop something you pay for, we'll tell you first and refund any part you've paid for and can't use.

# Liability

Spysay is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue or customers, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, or rights you have as a consumer.

If your use of Spysay breaks these terms or the law and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you'll cover our reasonable costs of that claim.

# Ending

You can close your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we'll tell you why unless the law stops us. When an account closes, we delete its data as the privacy policy describes; ask us first if you want an export.

# Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email account holders at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Using Spysay after that means you accept the new terms.
